Damage/Loss Responsibility

You as the customer are responsible for any damage to the item(s) that are rented. Items while in your care are your complete responsibility and you are responsible for any damage, theft or misuse of these items.

Waiver -- We the renters (Simple Celebrations) are not responsible for any damage or injury caused to the customer. The customer will use items properly and be solely responsible for any injury caused by our rentals. * All extra fees will be charged to the credit card on file. **By signing this agreement and waiver you agree to all the terms and conditions listed above.
